The main purpose of this role will be to guide candidates through the AECOM hiring process. In this position, you will work directly with stakeholders across your sector to fulfill recruitment requirements. You will be responsible for working on full life cycle recruiting; sourcing, evaluating and securing candidates. You will develop strong relationships across the organization, working collaboratively with peers, the HR community and stakeholders. This role will form part of a local Talent Acquisition team which supports Belgium & Netherlands Team.
Job Duties
· Screening, sourcing, and prescreening candidates so creating the candidate funnel on requisitions to provide the hiring manager with a slate of candidates by conducting resume reviews and candidate phone screens using best practice recruitment methods.
· Guide both candidates and stakeholders through the life cycle process.
· Arranging interviews and managing the life cycle recruitment process through offering acceptance.
· Optimizing social media and all recruitment tools available ensuring all advertised material (including job adverts) is accurate and in line with AECOM branding.
· Utilizing AECOM's global recruitment system (Smart Recruiters) keeping data up to date and accurate in real time throughout the life cycle process.
· Participating in stakeholder meetings and partnering with the business to meet and deliver their recruitment needs on time and with relevant high-quality candidates
· Ensuring that both candidates and stakeholders have the best possible experience Champion and promote diversity in the business.
· Strong focus on process improvement across all areas of our marketing & assessment, to ensure we are consistently delivering excellence and added value to the business, and differentiating AECOM to our competitors
Experience and Skills Required.
Minimum Requirements:
· Fluency in English and Dutch is a must.
· Experience of life cycle recruitment and client facing (minimum 5 years).
· Experience of working within a multi-national organization or leading global search firm offering the best-in-class candidate resourcing service.
· Has worked with specific TA customer relationship manager systems to grow and nurture talent networks.
· Proven ability to conduct resourcing activities with an emphasis not just on delivery but stakeholder and candidate care.
Preferred qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or HR preferred.
· Ability to show an appreciation of technology and digital advances within the TA/HR industry.
· Experience of working in house or agency ideally on roles in the professional services or engineering sector.
