Key areas of responsibilities:

Completing assigned work independently based on received general guidance and direction on new projects, tasks and priorities

Analyzing issues and identifying solutions using existing techniques, and proposing approaches for novel issues

Managing the development of landscape strategies and designs with the wider team ad with the support of the junior stuff

Providing guidance to junior team members, assessing allocated tasks, budgets and programme delivery with the support of the management team

Ensuring high-quality, efficient project outcomes

Preparing technical reports and drawings

Working collaboratively with others, including external consultants, and clients

Engaging with our in-house specialists, including architecture, ecology, civil engineering, civil utilities with the aim of delivering high quality and fully coordinated site plans and masterplans

Lead all phases of the delivery of landscape architecture documentation including: reports, specifications and drawings

Cooperating with the Quantity Surveyors and providing accurate inputs into the costs schedules
