Hardware Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Plan and coordinate hardware tests in collaboration with the internal customer
• Execute hardware tests according to approved procedures and schedules
• Set up, commission, and maintain test systems and laboratory infrastructure
• Evaluate, document, and release test results
• Perform root cause analyses for test deviations or failures
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and applicable norms
• Collaborate with development, systems engineering, and project teams to support lab operations and resource planning

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable
• Several years hands-on experience in hardware testing, validation, or system level verification
• Advanced knowledge of test methodologies, measurement and test equipment, and development
• Good team, communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of automation hardware, data analysis tools or test result databases
• Advanced English and German language skills
