Job Description
- Act as a process owner defining, implementing, and maintaining processes, standards, and guidelines across Hardware R&D
- Accountable for leading projects related to process improvements
- Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Contribute to digital transformation and automation projects
- Conduct trainings and workshops for engineers and new hires
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Analyze and continuously improve Hardware R&D processes based on feedback, KPIs, and best practices
- Act as an interface between engineering, quality, and IT to align processes, tools, and data flows
- Support the selection, implementation, and optimization of engineering tools and process-related systems
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical field
- Several years of professional experience in CAD process engineering, CAD administration, or engineering methods
- Experience with PDM/PLM systems and their integration into engineering processes
- Proven experience in process definition, standardization, and optimization
- Solid understanding of product development workflows in an R&D environment
- Experience in cross-functional and international collaboration
- Structured and analytical way of working
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in interdisciplinary teams
- Advanced English and basic German language skills
