JOB DESCRIPTION:
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Process Improvement, based in our European Distribution Center in Machelen. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business users and IT, supporting and improving end‑to‑end processes across Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations, primarily within SAP and related systems.
You will work in a collaborative, international environment, supporting both project-based initiatives and day-to-day operations. The role combines business analysis, process optimization, system support, and project management, with a strong focus on standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on, on-site role within a team of system and process experts, supporting business-critical systems that enable efficient order-to-billing and distribution operations.
***This role requires you to be at the office minimum 4 days a week in Machelen. ***
Key Responsibilities

Act as the link between business users and IT, translating business needs into system and SAP requirements

Analyze and improve business processes within Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations

Support SAP and related systems, including testing, documentation, and user training

Contribute to system enhancements, digitalization, and automation initiatives

Manage or support small- to medium-sized projects using Lean and continuous improvement principles

Provide analytical support through data extraction, reporting, and business insights

Support day-to-day operations and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, Science, or a related field

1–3 years of relevant experience in an international business environment

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Very good understanding of business processes and information systems

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Fluency in English
Nice to Have:

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems

Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma or process redesign methodologies

Technical curiosity and system-oriented mindset

Experience working in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, or Operations

Dutch and/or French language skills
