You will be mainly accountable for:聽

Applications configuration and administration, including change implementation assistance;聽

Operational tasks execution and monitoring;聽

Incidents and problems management and resolution (support engineer);聽

Collaboration with 3rd party suppliers, IT Operations and IT infrastructure teams;聽

Reports creation and maintenance (within application and directly from SQL database);聽
-
Writing technical documentation and building knowledge base;聽
-
Managing Disaster Recovery and Backup Procedure;聽

Supporting execution of ITGC controls for Tax Applications聽

**Qualifications for the role **

Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance or related field;聽

At least 2 years of experience in IT environment (preferably IT Financial/Tax Systems)聽

Working knowledge of Microsoft tools (especially Excel) is a must;聽

SQL language knowledge;聽
-
Basic Windows server/web server administration knowledge as a plus;聽

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills;聽
-
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.聽
