We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Strategy team in Cologne, Frankfurt, Munich as a Senior.聽
As a Senior, you will:

Collaborate with experts in transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax, and transaction services, focusing on strategic and operational aspects of transformation projects.

Rapidly identify and analyze key risks and opportunities in strategy , and design operational solutions

Integrate strategic and operational findings into financial analysis and business plans, working closely with transaction services, valuations, and restructuring teams

Develop implementation plans and initiate actions

Prepare presentations and reports for key stakeholders (e.g., board members, investors, M&A advisors, C-suite management)

Maintain direct client contact, participate in due diligence and strategy projects, and present results to clients

Guide and mentor junior team members

Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and provide updates

Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client pitches

To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect we expect the following from our future Senior:聽

Master's degree with excellent grades from a renowned university/business school, preferably in economics, engineering, science, business administration, or business economics聽

2-4 years of experience in transaction, strategy, operations consulting, or a related field (e.g., M&A, Strategy, Business Development) at a top-tier consultancy firm聽

Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills聽

Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders聽

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously聽
