As a Front Office Intern, you are one of the most important representatives of the hotel.

Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and valued from arrival to departure.

Independently handle check-ins and check-outs, including all necessary administrative procedures.

Maintain ongoing communication with guests, answering questions and offering helpful information.

Provide guests with recommendations and details about the local area, attractions, and services.

Learn and apply upselling techniques to promote hotel services and upgrades.

Assist in handling guest complaints professionally and empathetically, aiming for quick resolution.

Create a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a friendly work environment.

Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately within the hotel.

Respond to guest emails promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and helpful communication.

Coordinate with the Food & Beverage and Housekeeping departments to ensure smooth guest service and room readiness.
