Location: Milan, Italy
Contract: permanent, 1 or 2 days a week remote work possible
35k€ - 40k€ gross annual salary fix package + Bonus 5 to 8 k€
The role of the sales development representative is the development of the business by generating opportunities for the sales team.

Scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team using three main levers: via companies requesting a demo directly on the website, via outbound prospecting and inbound marketing through the work of the digital marketing specialist

Understanding the needs of the prospects related to internal communication, how they are structured and how to provide them solutions

Analysing and understanding the german companies way of work

Relying on the upstream work of the digital marketing specialist to contact companies over the phone

Identifying how the company communicates with its employees and highlighting the issues related to internal communication

Introduce to the prospects the solutions provided by our client

Facilitating the work of sales representatives by setting up demo appointments to reduce the sales cycle

Excellent communication skills on the phone

Good listener and analytic skills

Mother tongue Italian and fluent in a second language French and/ or English
