As a聽Business Development Manager, you will:聽
- Identify new sellers聽and assess the relevance of their product portfolio
- Build and manage a pipeline of sellers to聽consistently meet/exceed ambitious objectives聽(#sellers and #SKU)
- Support聽onboarding聽of ** high-potential sellers
- Identify market opportunities as well as聽develop and execute growth strategies聽together with sellers
- Collaborate with聽cross-functional teams聽to drive聽marketplace rollout聽聽
- Define processes聽and operations for new markets
- Drive process optimization and scalability with聽AI and automation tools
- Act as a role model聽and actively promote and protect zooplus' values and purpose
