Job description

ZEAL Network SE is a leading international provider of online lottery products, operating for over 20 years with brands like LOTTO24 and Tipp24. As Germany’s largest digital lottery operator and a trusted partner of Spain’s ONCE, we are passionate about shaping the future of lottery experiences.

LOTTO24 is Germany’s leading online provider of state-licensed lottery products, offering customers convenient and secure access to popular games like LOTTO 6aus49, Eurojackpot, and GlücksSpirale. As a trusted partner of the state lotteries, LOTTO24 ensures that every ticket sold helps support charitable, social, and community projects across Germany. By combining ease of play, trusted security, and meaningful social contributions, LOTTO24 exemplifies ZEAL’s vision of making lottery participation more accessible while giving back to society.

As Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) – Core Payments, you own the product strategy and execution for ZEAL’s payment domain, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable transaction capabilities across all business units.

Your tasks:
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core Payments domain.

  • Translating business goals into clear, outcome-driven initiatives while improving performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience.

  • Optimize payment performance by improving key metrics such as authorization rates and conversion, and by enhancing checkout flows, payment routing, and processing.

  • Evaluation of new payment methods and providers.

  • Own end-to-end product execution by managing the backlog and priorities, driving delivery from discovery to iteration.

  • Ensuring transparency, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.

  • Act as the main point of contact for payment topics, collaborating with engineering, finance, compliance, and business teams.

  • Managing external partners while aligning competing stakeholder needs.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements by working closely with legal, compliance, and fraud prevention teams.

  • Define and track KPIs, continuously improve features based on data and insights, and drive experimentation and data-informed decision-making.

What you offer us:
  • Ideally 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ in a senior role with end-to-end ownership of a product or domain.

  • Proven ability to craft and execute product strategy in multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Solid experience in prioritization, roadmapping, and product discovery in fast-moving environments.

  • Experience working with payments or financial systems, including core flows such as checkout, authorization, processing, and payouts.

  • Understanding of key payment KPIs such as conversion rates, authorization rates, and system reliability.

  • Experience building platform or B2B products for internal or business users, with a focus on scalable and reusable solutions.

  • Ability to align diverse perspectives and drive clear, data-informed decisions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Experience working in complex or regulated environments with legal, compliance, and security constraints.

  • Ability to balance customer value, business objectives, and risk considerations in product decisions

What we offer you:
  • A modern, dynamic culture grounded in the success of a leading-edge e-commerce company.

  • A talented team of ambitious, like-minded colleagues where your knowledge and ideas truly make an impact.

  • Ongoing personal growth, supported by an annual development budget of €1,500 to invest in your professional development.

  • Trust and autonomy, no micromanagement, just confidence in your ability to deliver and excel.

  • Flexible work options with a hybrid setup focused on results.

  • Unlimited vacation days in addition to your yearly 30-day vacation allowance.

  • Opportunity for workations abroad using our WorkFlex tool.

  • Monthly mobility allowance of €30 to use on the mobility option of your choice (e.g., the Deutschlandticket), plus access to a company bike leasing program.

  • Company pension scheme, provided in partnership with Degura, to support your future financial security.

  • Subsidized EGYM WELLPASS membership, with a contribution of only €25 per month, giving you access to a wide range of gyms and sports options across Germany.

  • Monthly company events, team activities, and informal gatherings, including our popular company-wide lunches provided four days a week.

Not ticking every box or think you’ve got that unique set of skills we haven’t realized we need? Get in touch anyway, we’re always looking to add great people!
