We’re currently looking for a Key Account Manager to own and develop Yepoda’s strategic partnership with Sephora within the EU. This role will be fully dedicated to Sephora and will play a key part in driving our retail growth, brand visibility, and commercial performance across this channel.
Objective
The Key Account Manager will oversee Yepoda’s retail partnership with Sephora EU to ensure strong brand visibility, drive product performance, and build strategic relationships that connect in-store and online efforts. This role is pivotal in helping Yepoda successfully transition into retail and in building impactful partnerships with top beauty retailers.
Your Tasks
Own and manage Yepoda’s relationship with Sephora EU, acting as the main point of contact for all commercial and operational topics
Take full ownership of the Sephora account, acting as the single point of accountability for performance, strategy, and execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with Sephora buying, category, and retail teams
Lead all commercial discussions, including assortment, launch plans, promotional calendars, and growth opportunities
Proactively identify opportunities and drive initiatives forward without waiting for direction
Challenge and influence Sephora stakeholders to unlock commercial opportunities and ensure the best outcomes for Yepoda
Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities, and building clear action plans
Ensure strong brand presence and execution across all Sephora touchpoints, both in-store and online
Collaborate with in-store teams to improve product visibility, merchandising, and customer experience
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of launches and campaigns
Manage forecasting and sell-through planning to ensure optimal stock levels and operational efficiency
Monitor competitor activity and category trends to strengthen Yepoda’s positioning
Ensure all initiatives are driven through to completion with clear timelines, accountability, and follow-through
Balance day-to-day operational execution with long-term strategic development of the Sephora partnership
Your Profile
Experience in key account management within beauty, retail, or trade marketing
Direct experience working with Sephora is highly preferred
Strong understanding of Sephora’s retail model, promotional calendar, and commercial KPIs
Strong commercial mindset with experience in negotiation, assortment planning, and retail growth strategies
Experience in stock and sales planning with a solid understanding of retail performance drivers
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to take full ownership and drive topics independently
Comfortable challenging external partners and pushing initiatives forward in a structured and professional way
Demonstrated ability to combine operational execution with strategic thinking
Hands on, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership
Experience working in fast paced environments where proactivity and accountability are critical
French language skills are a plus
