Job description

We are looking for a Creative Director or Creative Lead who not only conceptualizes, but executes. The focus is on scalable content creation using AI, with this role playing a central part in the next growth phase of XOUXOU. The goal is to build a distinctive, culturally relevant visual language that can be produced efficiently. You will work closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to create a system that consistently delivers high-quality creative output.

Tasks

  • Develop and evolve the visual identity of XOUXOU

  • Build a scalable AI-driven content system across image, video, social and ads

  • Hands-on creation of creatives for performance marketing and organic channels

  • Creative direction for campaigns, launches and product drops

  • Translate brand into high-performing content across paid and organic

  • Lead and potentially build a small creative team or manage external resources

  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints including shop, social, ads and packaging

  • Continuously test and iterate creatives based on performance data

Requirements

. Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative role, ideally in-house at a fashion, design or lifestyle brand

  • Strong visual taste and clear creative point of view

  • Experience in content production across photo, video and digital

  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to execute independently

  • Strong understanding of target audiences in fashion, lifestyle and tech accessories

  • Experience with performance creatives and marketing KPIs

  • Experience with AI tools for content creation such as Midjourney, Runway, Pika or ChatGPT

  • Ability to balance speed and quality . What Matters to Us:
