- Processing PO Invoices and NON PO Invoices
- Handling queries from both suppliers or business
- Supporting any queries from payment team in order to facilitated payment proposals
- Handling and auditing T&Es process in SAP Concur
- Handling vendor invoice compensation
- Handling Month-End Reports
- Prioritize any query or request from direct manager
- Informs team leader of any process escalation, issue
