About the RoleTHE POSITION
As part of the continued growth of our business in continental Europe, we are currently seeking a talented intern to join our dynamic Compliance team in Frankfurt. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our compliance with regulatory standards across 30+ core countries. You will work closely with the EMEA compliance team, including Data Privacy and Financial Crime functions, to support a range of activities that enhance our investment management services and fund distribution
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide compliance support for EMEA sales, focusing on cross-border distribution activities and sales practices.
· Maintain governance and reporting, policies and procedures, compliance training, and manage client assets oversight.
· Support marketing compliance for global fund ranges and EMEA institutional marketing.
· Oversee client classifications and suitability within the EMEA client platform program.
· Ensure timely delivery of account opening documentation and coordinate custodial and market openings.
· Execute investor-driven asset transfers and implement account restructures.
· Initiate and maintain account records, review and approve new account setups.
· Coordinate fund launches, closures, and related transition events.
· Provide training and act as a global expert for account record setups.
· Liaise with Transition Managers and coordinate reconciliation of transition management trade execution files.
· Collaborate with Client Integration Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Trading teams to develop and implement client transition strategies.
· Monitor and process daily cash flows, confirming transactions with custodian banks.
· Stay updated on industry, regulatory changes, and develop an understanding of different jurisdictions and client requirements.
