About this role

We are seeking a proactive and driven Junior Portfolio Marketing Specialist who takes ownership, actively identifies opportunities, and moves initiatives forward with energy and purpose. The role supports the success of a global SaaS portfolio by building buyer‑focused marketing content, enabling sales and marketing teams, and working confidently across a highly matrixed, international environment. This position is well suited to an individual who enjoys being hands‑on, anticipates needs, and contributes ideas as well as execution.

What you’ll do

  • Actively support the delivery of the annual Portfolio Marketing Plan for the SaaS portfolio
  • Proactively develop and manage customer‑facing marketing content aligned to buyer needs and journeys
  • Drive the creation and activation of product positioning, messaging, and content toolkits for global and regional sales and marketing teams
  • Take ownership as a point of contact for allocated portfolio marketing initiatives and product launches
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, sales, go‑to‑market, strategic partnerships, and analyst relations teams
  • Work constructively with agencies and technology partners to deliver agreed outcomes
  • Maintain momentum across multiple initiatives by managing timelines, activity plans, and reporting with a strong delivery focus

Who you are

  • Awareness of building marketing content aligned to buyer needs
  • Evidence of an ability to work across a highly matrixed business
  • Ability to multi‑task and actively contribute to cross‑functional initiatives and projects with a variety of stakeholders
  • An outcomes‑ and results‑driven mindset, with a proactive approach to getting work moving and completed
  • A self‑starter who is comfortable working independently and as part of a high‑performing, remotely based team
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage and follow up with stakeholders
  • A genuine passion for marketing and customers
  • Ideally, experience of working in partnership with agencies and technology partners

 

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of technology product marketing
  • Understanding of the SaaS market, including opportunities, key players, and future trends
  • An understanding of buying segments, audiences, their needs, and buying journeys
