We're building one of Europe's largest drone production facilities and we need someone who wants to build drones with us. Hands-on, precise, and ready to shape how the factory runs from day one.
The day-to-day

Build and assemble drones and sub-systems to consistentlyhigh qualitystandards.

Supportsetup,optimization, anddailyoperationoftheassemblylineandproductionfloor.

Performincominggoodsinspection,preparationalwork, andinventoryhandlingtokeepproductionmoving.

Execute in-processand finalqualitychecks—documentdeviations, support root-causeinvestigations.

Workwithengineeringtodevelopassemblyprocedures,toolingneeds, andfactoryprocesses.
You should apply if you

Completed vocational training in a technical field, e.g. mechatronics, electronics, or mechanical engineering.

Comfortable working with mechanical assemblies, electronics, tools, and production equipment.

Hands-on, solution-oriented — you learn new procedures fast and get things done.

Strong attention to detail; you take pride in quality workmanship.

Able to work effectively in a multicultural team.

German B2 or higher; English B2 or higher.
Nice to haves

Experience in soldering and basic lean production principles.

First experience to UAVs or dronesystems.

Eligible to obtain NATO or EU security clearance.
