Job description
Your Responsibilities:
- Developing inventory plans for finished goods based on sales forecasts and production schedules.
- Developing air shipment plans based on the change of international shipment, production and sales.
- Setting and maintaining safety stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstock and adjusting the planning according to the sales strategy.
- Tracking KPIs such as turnover rate, days of inventory and slow-moving items to optimize inventory performance. Generating inventory health reports and present insights to stakeholders.
- Managing inventory distribution across multiple warehouses or regions to support reallocation needs.
- Regularly refreshing RMA product clearance guidance and monitor the progress of the refurbishment.
- Collaborating with Sales, Purchasing, PMC, Production, Operation and Warehouse teams to ensure execution of inventory plans. Managing supplier lead times and optimize purchase order cycles.
- Handling demand changes, urgent orders, or customer pull-ins with timely planning adjustments
- Analysing root causes of inventory variance and implement corrective actions.
- Using warehouse management systems to configure and manage planning modules.
- Support implementation of inventory models in WMS. Developing inventory dashboards and reports to improve visibility and decision-making.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed academic degree (Bachelor or higher) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory optimization logic.
- Experience with stock & operations planning or supply planning processes.
- Full working proficiency in English and Chinese and additional working proficiency in German is beneficial
- Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query/Power Pivot is a plus); SQL/Power BI preferred.
