Your Responsibilities:
You want to actively sell, take responsibility for your own sales territory, and at the same time be part of a stable, professional sales environment? Then this position with the following core tasks is perfect for you:
- Independent management and development of an assigned sales territory
- Active acquisition of new B2B customers via phone, email, and digital channels
- Qualification of leads and identification of new business opportunities
- Building sustainable customer relationships and continuously developing the sales pipeline
- Close collaboration with field sales, partners, and marketing
- Maintenance and structured use of the CRM system
- Participation in sales initiatives, campaigns, and market development
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, university degree, or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in sales, inside sales, customer consulting, or account management
- Enjoyment of active communication and engaging with customers
- Structured, independent way of working with a strong focus on closing deals
- Basic understanding of sales processes and B2B dynamics
- Affinity for IT and confident use of digital tools
- Business‑fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
