What you bring to the team…
- Professional experience in a well-known management consultancy or one of its spin-offs as well as working with structured tools
- At least 3 years of professional experience in agile transformations, preferably with a focus on agile scaling
- Ideally a SAFe® 5 certificate
- A mixture of warm-heartedness, hunger to learn and conscientious structuredness
- Solution-orientated thinking paired with an outside-the-box approach
