What are we looking for
As
IT Manager, you support the performance, security, and availability of our IT systems and infrastructure. In our exclusive, discreet, and client focused setting, you provide reliable and responsive first level IT support to our clinical, operational, and hospitality teams on site. You contribute to maintaining a secure and stable technology environment that upholds the highest standards of confidentiality, service excellence, and operational continuity. This is an on-site position based in Zollikon, ZH.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary on site IT point of contact for the practice, coordinating IT related topics between internal users and external IT service providers
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of IT systems used by clinical and administrative teams
- Handle and track IT support requests, resolving first level issues and escalating more complex topics to outsourced IT partners
- Lead troubleshooting of hardware, workplace equipment, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity
- Lead external IT service providers
- Setup, coordination, and maintenance of workstations, mobile devices, user accounts, and access rights
- Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including device preparation, system access, and documentation
- Support cybersecurity and data protection practices, including access management, endpoint protection, secure remote access, and the secure handling of sensitive patient data
- Assist with business continuity and disaster recovery processes in collaboration with external IT providers
- Maintain IT documentation, system inventories, and user guides
- Support the coordination and daily use of core healthcare and business applications such as EHR or EMR systems, Microsoft 365, ERP and CRM solutions including Salesforce
- Prepare relevant reports on IT services, costs, and performance, and proactively suggest areas for improvement
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and user experience
- Support the coordination and optimization of the core application landscape across ERP, CRM, EHR or EMR and other cloud solutions
You are/have
- Education or training in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience working with outsourced IT service providers or in a managed service environment
- Good understanding of workplace IT infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and standard business applications
- Previous experience implementing AI tools within an organization
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and familiarity with general cloud-based applications
- Excellent command of English at C1 level and a good command of German at minimum B2 level
- A service-oriented mindset with strong communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn about healthcare IT, Swiss data protection requirements, and information security best practices
- High level of discretion and reliability when handling sensitive patient and company data
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a regulated healthcare environment
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
Nice to Have- Experience in healthcare, medical practices, or other regulated environments
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, endpoint management tools, or basic networking concepts
- Entry level IT or cloud certifications, for example Microsoft, Azure, or Salesforce
