Your Job at Raus.
Before our cabins can be ready for guests, we need the right locations, strong partners, and solid permits. As
(Junior) Expansion and Sales Manager (all genders), you'll actively drive exactly these topics forward – from site acquisition through contract and approval processes to building long-term partnerships. On top of that, you'll help us shape a new business area focused on actively marketing and selling new and existing cabins. You'll take ownership of expansion projects across Germany and Europe, working closely with the Expansion Team and our founders.
- You identify, acquire, and develop new locations, partners, and communities.
- You build and maintain a solid network of landowners, municipalities, and project partners.
- You take ownership of project development from initial review through contract negotiations to site opening.
- You manage planning permission and regulatory processes, particularly around public building law (e.g. construction in rural/outlying areas).
- You contribute to building a new business unit for selling new and existing cabins, including developing the relevant sales structures.
- You support the marketing and sale of available cabins to suitable partners.
- You drive our expansion strategy forward and open up new target markets.
- You create market analyses, site assessments, and feasibility calculations.
- You manage larger lodge and site projects over several months.
- You work closely with internal teams across Legal, Operations, and Finance.
Your profile.
- You have a completed degree or vocational training, ideally in real estate, business administration, architecture, project development, law, or a related field.
- You bring experience in real estate, project development, expansion, or sales.
- You enjoy sales, negotiations, and building new business areas from the ground up.
- You have an interest in legal and regulatory topics related to site development and permitting processes.
- You work in a structured, independent, and entrepreneurial way.
- You are willing to travel frequently and hold a valid Class B driver's license.
- You speak fluent German and business-level English.
- You are passionate about nature, travel, and new tourism concepts.
Why Raus?
- You'll have a direct impact on the expansion of a fast-growing hospitality and outdoor concept – and the opportunity to actively build a new business area alongside our core business.
- We work together in flat hierarchies with fast decision-making on the next steps for sustainable, regional, and nature-connected travel. Help us create experiences for our guests that truly stick.
- You'll take responsibility for real projects with quick turnaround, working in a lively, upbeat Berlin office. We guarantee flexibility in time and place whenever possible.
- We know how important time off is: our employees get 28 vacation days plus one extra day per year for charitable causes.
- Know Your Product: 3 nights per year for you and your Plus1 are on us!
- We want to grow together with you: you'll have creative freedom and real opportunities for development. We want to hear your ideas and are open to bold visions.
- Work-Life-Balance: You'll receive a DRV-Travelcard and your choice of a BVG ticket subsidy or Urban Sports Club membership… and we're constantly working on more benefits for our team.
- Never without my team: We believe we can only make RAUS better and better as a strong team. To make that work, fun can't be missing – lots of team events and an annual offsite keep things fresh and build great connections with your colleagues.
