As Senior Digital Sales & Marketing Manager, you will drive revenue growth and scale sales performance across European markets on our digital platform. You will own the entire sales funnel end-to-end and work closely with Marketing, which drives awareness, while you focus on conversion, revenue and scalable sales performance across European markets.
Your Role
You are a digitally driven growth leader with a strong commercial mindset and hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital revenue generation. You take full ownership of the digital customer journey – from lead generation to conversion – and build scalable, data-driven marketing and sales engines across multiple markets.
You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and thrive in environments where measurable revenue impact is the ultimate success metric.
Key Responsibilities
Full ownership of the digital acquisition and sales funnel, from traffic generation to conversion
Execution of a scalable digital sales and performance marketing strategy across European markets
Driving revenue growth, conversation rates in close collaboration with Sales and Product teams
Managing and optimizing paid media channels (SEO, SEA, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting) with clear ROI accountability
Designing and optimizing high-performing digital funnels, landing pages, and nurturing journeys
Identifying, segmenting, and targeting high-value customer audiences within sports and entertainment
Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing key KPIs such as CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversation rates and revenue performance
Managing external agencies and technology partners to ensure scalable growth
Min. 5 years of experience in digital performance marketing and digital sales of paid content (subscriptions, PPV, ticketing or similar), ideally within sports or entertainment
Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth across European markets
Strong expertise in managing digital acquisition channels and optimizing full-funnel performance
Highly data-driven working style with clear revenue and ROI accountability
Strong commercial mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
Experience of taking ownership of digital revenue streams
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Fluent in English and German
We strongly prefer candidates with direct end-customer sales responsibility over agency-based client service experience.
