As PR Manager, you will lead Yepoda’s global communications and PR strategy across all markets. Your focus is to elevate brand awareness, ensure consistent messaging, and create impactful stories across media, partners, and internal channels — while driving measurable reach, impressions, and brand impact in every market.

Your Tasks

• Lead and continuously evolve Yepoda’s global PR strategy, messaging, and brand storytelling across all markets and channels.

• Own PR performance across markets by defining, tracking, and achieving clear KPIs on impressions, reach, and share of voice.

• Manage and steer international PR agencies, including briefing, performance management, budget control, and negotiation of retainers and fees.

• Plan, draft, and coordinate press releases, media kits, seeding concepts, PR boxes, and PR activations; track and report on results.

• Drive PR box concepts and storytelling in close collaboration with the Creative and Influencer Marketing teams.

• Build and maintain key company facts, press materials, and ensure all press touchpoints remain updated and aligned.

• Develop communication strategies for sustainability, Pride, giving-back initiatives, and other brand purpose campaigns.

• Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual alignment across PR, influencer collaborations, social media, packaging, and retail touchpoints.

• Collaborate closely with the Trade Marketing Manager on B2B-related PR activities, including retailer partnerships such as Sephora.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in PR, communications, or brand marketing, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

• Strong experience working with and managing international PR agencies across multiple markets.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence writing press-ready content.

• Comfortable owning PR strategy end-to-end and translating it into measurable brand impact.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel.

• Collaborative, calm, and adaptable in a fast-moving scale-up environment.

• Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish, or Italian) are highly desirable.
