As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and stabilizing recruitment service within our HR Shared Service Center in Katowice you will be responsible to manage key stages of the hiring life cycle for assigned countries and or business lines, acting as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers, and HR stakeholders across Europe.
Beyond execution delivery you will ensure process consistency, data integrity and excellent candidate experience while contributing to continuous improvement and harmonization of our recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage assigned parts of the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation in our ATS to offer preparation and onboarding coordination.
- Act as a process owner for defined recruitment activities, ensuring consistency and quality across countries and business lines
- Candidate & Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a key point of contact for candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- ATS Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data within the Applicant Tracking System, including candidate progression, requisition status and hiring metrics
- Document Management: Preparing and processing recruitment documentation and onboarding materials in line with local labor requirements, based on established processes.
- Compliance & Quality: Coordinating background checks and ensuring GDPR compliance throughout recruitment processes.
- Reporting & Analytics: Preparing regular recruitment reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: Supporting continuous improvement, standardization, and documentation of recruitment processes during migration to the HR SSC. Proactively identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting improvements to enhance the efficiency of recruitment operations.
- Knowledge Ownership: Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the recruitment process, maintaining up-to-date process documentation (SOPs).
