Position Summary

We offer 2500 - 3000 gross EUR salary and variable quarterly bonus to the maximum of 70% of the quarterly basic monthly gross salary (up 5250-6300 Eur gross per quarter) based on sales results and individual KPI execution. Role and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategy and communication plans in order to meet established sales or market share target
  • Execute new product launches and promotion campaigns including communication with advertising and media agencies to increase marketing results
  • Measure and be responsible for communication activity results, reporting on progress on a weekly and bi-weekly basis
  • Build and maintain relationships with Channel Partners, providing the necessary communication assets, tracking alignment with HQ branding guidelines, support Partner’s visual execution, track the results and prepare reports to management.
  • Create specific communication strategy for specific range of products
  • Be responsible for Media buying, tracking, surveys
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external vendors and agencies (for example print houses, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising, media, SNS and PR agencies)
  • Liaise with other functional and operational area managers (particularly in sales & customer service) to ensure that marketing communication strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives

Skills and Qualifications

Key Competencies/Characteristics

  • 3-5 year experience in marketing communication project management and campaigns from briefing to delivery
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Media planning experience
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain speed, change direction when required and work on a range of projects at the same time
  • Strong communication with excellent presentation, report writing and data analysis capabilities
  • Fluency in English and Latvian (Russian will be considered as an advantage)
  • Strong MS Office (PowerPoint) and report writing skills
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
