About the Role:
The Trade & Shopper Manager drives the translation of Brand strategies into winning trade and shopper activation, ensuring excellent in‑store execution and sustainable value creation.
The role acts as a key connector between Marketing, Sales and cross‑functional teams, enabling brand growth through clear priorities, strong execution standards and continuous transformation.
Lead initiatives that advance our brands and strengthen our reputation worldwide.

Main Responsibilities
Lead the local adaptation of Global Brand strategies and the development of Local Brand commercial toolkits.
Define and execute Category Visions and Growth Models to strengthen brand performance versus competition.
Translate Brand strategies into best in class channel‑specific activation plans by analysing shopper insights and data (e.g. chain and independent pharmacies, mass retail).
Drive in‑store excellence, including assortment, POSM, promotional mechanics and execution guidelines.
Ensure strong launch and execution of Product and Commercial Innovations.
Define and monitor field force KPIs (distribution, visibility, activation, pharmacist education) and support Sales Force Incentive alignment.
Integrate Sales feedback and customer insights into continuous improvement of Brand plans.
Collaborate cross‑functionally (Brand, Sales Channesls, RGM, Analytics, Supply, Legal/Regulatory) to ensure value, feasibility and compliance.
About You:
Strong commercial acumen, ideally gained through Sales and/or Trade & Shopper roles.
Proven ability to translate insights into actionable customer plans.
Experience in Healthcare, OTC or FMCG environments, with solid understanding of pharmacy and retail channels.
Comfortable working in cross‑functional, matrix organizations.
Challenger mindset, execution‑focused, and able to prioritize what matters most.
Fluent in English and German.
