About the Job

We’re looking for an Innovation Brand Manager who is passionate about consumer-centric innovation, thrives in cross-functional environments, and is energized by bringing new products to market. In this role, you will support the development and execution of the global innovation pipeline, translating insights into compelling concepts, and ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery from idea through launch and post-launch performance.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who combines strong project management with creative thinking and enjoys turning ideas into commercially successful products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of the brand’s long-term Global Innovation Roadmap (3–5 years), ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Conduct data mining and insight gathering to identify emerging market & consumer trends and translate them into product concepts, claims, and packaging briefs.

  • Facilitate ideation workshops and co-creation sessions with consumers, agencies, and internal teams.

  • Identify opportunities for renovation, commercial innovation, manufacturing efficiencies, and cross-market scalability.

  • Contribute to defining GEO-x opportunities by leveraging market intelligence, insight mining, and close collaboration with local on-the-ground teams. Post-launch, ensure consistent performance tracking and maintain ongoing communication with local teams to identify root causes, risks, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Drive day-to-day progress of innovation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and proactively managing risks and opportunities to keep launches on track.

  • Support project delivery by tracking timelines, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring outputs align with brand architecture, positioning, and global design principles.

  • Track project KPIs (timelines, costs, GM%) and maintain project trackers, highlighting risks and mitigation plans.

  • Support governance processes, including Gate reviews and leadership presentations, ensuring quality inputs and follow-through.

  • Oversee local adaptation and execution of concept testing, claims validation, and packaging, ensuring alignment with global strategic direction.

  • Partner with Brand and Zone teams to drive end-to-end launch readiness with clear KPIs aligned to innovation guiding principles.

  • Monitor post-launch performance, identify optimization opportunities, and consolidate learnings to inform and scale future launches across markets.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Marketing or Business preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in a leading FMCG or other brand‑driven organization.

  • Proven experience in Brand Innovation, New Product Development, or Brand‑Building roles.

  • Experience operating in global or regional roles, collaborating across markets and cultures.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative with a strong bias for action, personal accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to execution.

  • Highly analytical, with the ability to uncover insights, synthesize data, and translate findings into clear strategic recommendations.

  • Excellent communication skills
