As the Trade Marketing Senior Specialist EMEA W/M you will be responsible for elevating Salomon’s in-store presence across EMEA by ensuring best-in-class retail execution, consistent brand representation, and strong sellout performance.
The role leads the rollout and optimization of in-store activation programs, manages key retail tools and production platforms, and drives KPI based improvements to strengthen the consumer experience across wholesale and online environments. It serves as the regional training lead—aligning with Global direction, delivering seasonal and key account training, adapting tools to regional needs, and supporting store teams and specialists through ongoing education and onboarding initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Develop In-store Presence
- Lead the implementation, tracking, and continuous expansion of in-store activation projects to ensure excellence in retail execution.
- Drive the rollout and optimization of footwear wall programs across markets, ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Manage EMEA production platforms with a focus on D2C POP materials and wall execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
Drive In-store / Online Excellence and Sell-out Focus
- Oversee the online and offline shopping experience and digital KPI tracking, ensuring accurate performance measurement and actionable insights.
- Align retail marketing drumbeat initiatives and provide ongoing support to key accounts to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a regional playbook to elevate the consumer experience across wholesale in-store and online touchpoints.
- Guide local sales team to achieve in-store visibility MBOs.
Regional Training Lead
- Drive regional training, following Global seasonal kick-off and Train the trainer sessions.
- Support Key Account trainings plan and execution.
- Monthly connection with HQ and countries and reporting.
- Distribute training tools to local countries and adapt Global Training tools to regional needs (i.e. translations,..)
- Onboarding training: stores opening, sell-though specialists and training champions.
