Chief of Staff - Finance and Talent (m/f/d)

Please note that for this role, C2 English proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Augsburg or Berlin.

What You’ll Do

• Financial planning: Partner with the co-founder and finance team to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting - translating numbers into clear insights that inform leadership decisions.

• Talent Acquisition: Own and professionalize the end-to-end hiring process, from workforce planning and sourcing strategy to candidate experience and offer management, ensuring we attract and close top talent at pace.

• People development: Support the build-out of a high-performing organization - working with founders and team leads on headcount planning, onboarding, and the structures needed to scale the team effectively.

• Executive leverage: Monitor and track key initiatives across Finance and People, provide insights to founders and leadership, and play an active role in prioritizing and executing the founders' agenda.

• Strategic projects: Own high-priority projects from 0 to 1 - whether that's standing up a new finance process, running a key hiring sprint, or improving how Finance and People collaborate across the business.

• +2 years of experience in consultancy or as Founders Associate.

• Studying at a top university with strong entrepreneurial focus.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality.

• Ambitious and ready to go the extra mile when needed.

• Structured, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

• Curiosity about how tech, operations, and business strategy come together in high-growth companies.

• Eager to invest time beyond standard hours.

• C2 in English, German is a plus.
