Senior Manager / Teamlead Technical Integration (m/f/d)

Your Role

• You lead and develop the Technical Integration / Seller Onboarding team, setting clear goals, roles, and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the strategic development of technical seller onboarding, with a focus on scalability, automation, and quality

• You steer performance through KPIs, reports, and business reviews, and derive strategic initiatives to achieve targets

• You own the seller experience (NPS) within onboarding from a high-level perspective and prioritize initiatives with the greatest business impact

• You act as a central interface between Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success

• You make prioritization and resource allocation decisions and ensure sustainable processes in daily operations

• You identify structural weaknesses and drive end-to-end optimizations across team boundaries
