About your Tasks
- Act as a contact point for CRM and marketing data topics and support stakeholder needs end-to-end
- Perform data and business analytics, including customer segmentation, forecasting, and campaign evaluation
- Build and maintain data pipelines, reporting structures, and automated reports (R/Python, Excel)
- Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for commercial teams
- Ensure transparent stakeholder communication and close collaboration with CRM and Commercial teams
- Contribute to the development of future data infrastructure and tools (e.g. Azure/Databricks/dbt)
