Enterprise Account Manager (Nordics - Sweden & Finland)

As an Enterprise Account Manager (Nordics), you will play a critical role in driving new business, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our footprint across Sweden and Finland in the areas of Enterprise Software, SaaS, and Digital Transformation.

Your Responsibilities
Drive new business with focus and ambition
- Identify, target, and win new enterprise customers across Sweden and Finland
- Build and execute strategic account plans based on market insights and segmentation
- Leverage multi-channel outreach including social selling, networking, and direct engagement
Own and grow strategic accounts
- Develop and expand existing key accounts into long-term partnerships
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
- Manage complex, multi-year enterprise sales cycles end-to-end
Act as a trusted advisor
- Understand customers’ business challenges and strategic priorities
- Position Quadient’s solutions in Customer Communication Management (CCM), CX, and digital process automation
- Deliver value-based, consultative sales engagements
Deliver tailored enterprise solutions
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Consulting, and Customer Success teams
- Develop customized solution proposals and compelling business cases
- Lead high-impact presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations (remote and on-site)
Own the deal cycle and close with impact
- Lead negotiations and drive deals to successful closure
- Apply structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) to manage pipeline and forecasting
- Ensure predictable revenue generation and pipeline growth
Shape market strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the Nordics
- Provide input to regional go-to-market strategies
- Contribute to Quadient’s growth in key verticals such as Financial Services, Insurance, and Utilities
