IN A NUTSHELL
As an
FP & A Analyst, you turn data into decisions. You analyze complex business and financial data and use it to shape strategic decision making. You create transparency around key performance drivers and translate financial and market insights into clear strategic options supporting both long-term strategic and day to day operational decision-making across the company.
Working closely with the
Management, the
Strategy & Growth and the
Accounting Team, you provide data-driven perspectives on market dynamics, competitive position and business model evolution. You play a key role in planning and forecasting and help further develop reporting and analysis processes in a fast-growing, international environment.
Your mission
- analyze business, financial and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- translate analyses into clear, actionable recommendations and strategic options for management
- support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization
- contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- prepare and further develop monthly reporting and performance analyses
- act as a sparring partner for teams such as Sales, Consulting, Marketing, and HR
- monitor the financial performance of projects and consulting activities
- support financial planning, reporting structures and strategic performance reviews for international entities
- improve reporting processes and contribute to automation and data transparency
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, (Business) Mathematics, (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- 1-3 years experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Finance, or Consulting, ideally in financial services, consulting, or a fast-paced environment
- strong analytical mindset with a high affinity for numbers and structured problem solving
- entrepreneurial attitude, hands-on mentality, and strong curiosity to learn
- confident working with spreadsheets; experience with BI tools or SQL is a plus
- strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear decision ready insights
- experience working with multiple and senior stakeholders, ideally in international environments
- basic understanding of international reporting structures, intercompany setups, or transfer pricing is a plus
- fluent in German and English
