The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.

As a Retail Maintenance Senior Coordinator, you are responsible for the administration and maintenance of all Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger O&O stores within Hub West. You organize and manage the administrative and commercial aspects of technical maintenance, servicing, and facility operations, including handling damage and insurance claims, monitoring repair and maintenance activities, and coordinating closely with external service providers, landlords, and internal stakeholders, with an increasing focus on sustainability and energy efficiency.

A day in the life of a Retail Maintenance Senior Coordinator (m/f/x):

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance, servicing, and facility activities
  • Handle administrative and commercial aspects of maintenance tasks
  • Oversee repairs, technical inspections, and facility upkeep
  • Manage damage and insurance cases
  • Monitor technical systems and maintenance needs
  • Coordinate deconstruction and handover processes
  • Liaise with external service providers
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and tracking tools
  • Support invoice processing and general administrative tasks
  • Assist with energy management and audits
  • Review service charge statements
  • Support Project Managers and cross-functional coordination
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Drive process improvements and support sustainability initiatives

What do we need from you? You have:

  • Degree or vocational training in Facility Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Sustainability, Energy Management, or a related technical/commercial field
  • 1–3 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, technical services, sustainability, or energy management
  • Experience in retail, real estate, or multi-site environments is an advantage
  • Confident and professional appearance with an international mindset and adaptability
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Structured approach to working with data, reports, and documentation
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driving license
  • Very good English and German skills (business fluent, written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of facility, construction, or real estate management
  • Understanding of sustainability practices and energy management systems
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 50001) is a strong advantage
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Additional language skills are a plus
