YOUR MISSION

  • Development and leadership of the assigned Customer Service Team
  • Promote a high-performance culture by communicating and monitoring clear expectations
  • Implement and continually optimize Customer Service processes
  • Ensure highest quality in orderbook management by monitoring the whole process from order to invoice
  • Central contact for Sales and other departments for the specific account group.

YOUR TALENT

  • Proven positive track record in customer service management
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to motivate and mentor others and to set priorities for the team
  • Strong strategic, analytical mindset and a hands-on mentality
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office environment (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • German and English business fluent
