YOUR MISSION
- Organize and support the execution of the procurement initiatives
- Serve as a sparring partner for the Lead Buyers
- Act as a trusted partner to the Business Functions and Regions
- (Co)Develop the future systems and process landscape ensuring best value for Puma
- Act as a facilitator of Procurement best practices and ensure adoption
- Manage, enhance and update procurement analytics, spend cube, and dashboard updates in alignment with key buyers, functions and analytical teams
- Support and mentor more junior team members
- Conduct and prepare structured reporting on savings, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs
- Support strategic initiative planning and alignment with data insights
- Support compliance tracking and initiative monitoring
- Enable best practice sharing across key buyers, functions and regions
- Assist in selecting and integrating procurement tools and systems in collaboration with technical departments, key buyers, regions and functions
- Gather and structure market and sourcing data to inform decision-making.
YOUR TALENT
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, consulting experience welcome
- Fluency in English is a must, German and other languages are a plus
- Successfully completed relevant degree or equivalent such as Business Administration, Contract Law or Procurement
- Procurement Excellence experience is a plus (systems, processes, frameworks)
- Good expertise in communicating with senior stakeholders
- Structured and detail-oriented mindset as well as clear communicaten skills.
