Your mission
- Acquisition of new partner-clubs (via telephone & digital)
- First contact with decision makers in sports clubs (executive boards, department heads, management)
- Developing an understanding for the needs of clubs and addressing them accordingly
- Care for and documentation of contacts (CRM)
- Working closely with your team and your team lead
- Direct insights into the structure of a growing startup
What do you need
- Languages are no problem for you: you are fluent in both German & English
- Really good communication abilities, empathy and a confident appearance
- Ability to listen, build trust and communicate in a structured manner
- Own experience in Teamsports (at least as a player)
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and interest in working in a startup
Advantage but not a must
- Nice to have: Experience as a coach or work in a club (e.g. organisational work, board member)
