What Would You Be doing:
What Would You Be doing:
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS
- Oversee benefit administration and compliance with company benefit policies
- Administer, maintain, and enhance the HRIS (Hi-Bob preferred).
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to understand business needs and recommend HRIS solutions.
- Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support HR and business leaders.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.
- Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects, including new implementations and system integrations.
- Provide training and documentation for end users and HR staff.
- Ensure smooth processes, effective and efficient communication with employees and other teams both within HR and in the wider business
- Develop upon and improve HR policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and values
- Participate in any internal and external audits as required from HR perspective
- Stay updated on HR industry trends and changes in labor laws to ensure compliance and be a source of guidance to the HR team and Management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in HR Operations
- Previous experience leading globally dispersed teams
- Previous experience building processes / policies from scratch
- Previous experience as HRIS Administrator
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
