Your profile

You are attending AERO 2026 in person and are ready to actively shape your aviation career.
 
Most importantly: You have booked a confirmed Career Exchange slot with us.
 
Depending on your experience level, you meet the minimum requirements outlined below:
 
Ab-Initio Pilot:

• EASA PPL (A) licence (completed or in an advanced stage)
• Completed vocational training or a university degree
• EU-passport or unrestricted right to work in the EU
• Driving license
• not yet started ATPL training

 
First Officer:

• EASA ATPL (A) or CPL (A)/ATPL credit
• MCC
• Advanced UPRT Training according EASA.FCL.745.A
• English ICAO-level 4
• Unrestricted EU-passport 
• Unrestricted right to work in the EU
• Driving license
• GA experience is advantageous

 
Captain:

• EASA ATPL (A) or CPL (A)/ATPL credit
• MCC
• Advanced UPRT Training according EASA.FCL.745.A
• English ICAO-level 4
• Unrestricted EU-passport 
• Driving license
• Unrestricted right to work in the EU
• GA experience is advantageous
• 2000h Total time
• 300h PIC time on Multi Engine Jets/Turboprop
