Your job
Use enrichment tools to identify and research relevant contacts at prospective client organizations, ensuring a strong pipeline of high-quality leads.
Decide which contacts are the best fit for each project by evaluating relevance, seniority, function, and potential buying influence.
Research the right personas for different projects and align target contact selection with the products and solutions being sold.
Manage and maintain contact and project data accurately in Salesforce, ensuring that records are complete, structured, and up to date.
Use Excel to capture, organize, and track data in a reliable way that supports reporting, follow-up activities, and project execution.
Work on a diverse portfolio of international projects and support outreach efforts across different markets, industries, and regions.
Your profile
Experience in researching and identifying B2B decision-makers and relevant personas in target accounts
Solid CRM skills, ideally hands-on experience with Salesforce for structured data management
Strong Excel skills, including confident use of XLOOKUP and other lookup/cleaning functions for contact and account data
Analytical and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to select best-fit contacts and maintain high data quality across multiple projects

The Licensing team is multifaceted: success-oriented, international, and with a good sense of humor. With more than 30 members from areas such as sales, back office, project management, and graphics, the team is responsible for all the fundamental aspects of consulting the companies that have been recognized in the company rankings.
