As Lead of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will define and scale the finance function that powers Planet A Foods’ growth from a fast-growing startup to a multi-million-dollar business. You will own financial planning, forecasting, modeling, reporting, and decision support, building the systems and processes that allow the company to scale efficiently while making data-driven decisions.

You will report directly to the CFO, and working closely with all functions to drive financial performance and enable strategic growth.

You will set the vision, structures, and tools that will define Planet A Foods’ financial discipline, operational rigor, and strategic impact for years to come.

A Taste of What to Expect

• Own and evolve Planet A Foods' financial planning process, including budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models, shaping the backbone of our growth
• Partner closely with the CFO and leadership team to turn ambitious strategic objectives into actionable financial plans
• Develop scalable frameworks for scenario analysis, cash flow forecasting, and capital planning to empower the rapid growth of the company
• Deliver financial insights and business analysis that drive better decisions across all functions
• Analyze revenue, unit economics, and profitability to uncover and act on the key drivers of performance
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D, and People teams to assess initiatives, pricing, and cost optimization opportunities
• Ensure accurate, transparent, and timely financial reporting for internal stakeholders, investors, and banks
• Implement and optimize FP&A tools, processes, and KPIs that align with company goals and enable data-driven performance management

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

• Educational background in business administration
• You have 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business related finance roles, in a high-growth startup
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link financial outcomes to operational drivers
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data into clear business narratives
• You are a challenger, relentlessly pushing the company to achieve and exceed financial goals
• You have full professional fluency in English and German
