Oversee and maintain office infrastructure including WiFi, UniFi network environments (including firewall policy implementation), internet connectivity, VPN, and meeting room setups.
Manage the full equipment lifecycle—from procurement and configuration to inventory tracking, onboarding/offboarding, repairs, and replacements.
Take full ownership of IT security, including device compliance, endpoint protection, encryption, patch management, structured security policies, incident response, and employee IT security trainings.
Lead and implement IT initiatives such as system integrations, automation projects, tool rollouts, documentation improvements, vendor and license management, and proactive monitoring to ensure business continuity and minimize downtime.
4-5 years of experience in IT systems administration, IT support, or IT security roles with end-to-end responsibility for infrastructure and security topics.
Strong hands-on expertise in managing UniFi networks, including firewall configuration and secure network architecture.
Solid knowledge of identity and access management, endpoint protection, encryption standards, patching processes, and IT security best practices.
Experience leading IT projects, working with external vendors, and building scalable documentation, standards, and governance frameworks.
A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance daily operational support with long-term security and scalability initiatives.
