Jr. Email Marketing Designer

As a Junior Email Marketing Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our global email campaigns to life through high-quality, visually engaging designs. You will support the creation of scalable, conversion-focused email templates while developing your skills in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. What You’ll Do

• Design responsive, visually compelling email templates in Figma, optimized for performance, dark mode, and localization across markets.

• Support the creation and maintenance of a modular library of reusable assets (banners, product cards, hero visuals) for efficient campaign execution.

• Organize and maintain a clean Figma workspace using auto-layout, components, and clear naming conventions for smooth collaboration.

• Prepare pixel-perfect design specifications and annotations to support seamless handoff to the Email Specialist for implementation in Klaviyo.

• Contribute to maintaining PERGOLUX’s visual identity and assist with short-form copy elements like subject lines and CTAs when needed.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in digital or graphic design, ideally with exposure to e-commerce or marketing assets.

• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants) and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

• Basic understanding of email design principles, including responsive behavior and platform limitations (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).

• A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for pixel-perfect, structured, and scalable design systems.

• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
