Native Danish Speaker (m/f/d)
As a Customer Service Specialist for the Danish market, you are the primary point of
contact for our Danish-speaking customers and play a key role in delivering an
outstanding end-to-end service experience for premium outdoor living products.
This role requires native or near-native Danish language skills and is ideal for
candidates who enjoy taking ownership of complex and technical customer cases.

What You’ll Do

Act as the main customer service contact for Danish-speaking customers via
phone, email, and chat

Handle complex inquiries and escalations, including technical and
installation-related topics

Manage cancellations, claims, returns, and refunds independently and accurately

Collaborate closely with logistics partners, warehouses, transport providers, and
internal teams

Contribute actively to customer satisfaction and NPS improvement

What You’ll Bring

Native or near-native Danish (mandatory) and strong professional English skills

3–5 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing B2C role
(e-commerce preferred)

Confidence in explaining technical products and solutions to customers

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong prioritization skills

High IT affinity; experience with Zendesk, Shopify, Aircall, or similar tools is a plus
