Creative Associate

As a Creative Associate at PERGOLUX, you will support the creation and execution of visual content that brings our brand, products, and campaigns to life across digital channels. This entry-level role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented creative who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, international marketing environment. You’ll work closely with experienced creatives and cross-functional teams while building strong foundations in visual storytelling, brand consistency, and scalable content production. What You’ll Do

• Produce and edit image and video assets for Meta, Google, email, and web channels.

• Support campaign concepts by delivering creative assets across multiple international markets.

• Adapt content for different languages, cultures, platforms, and formats while maintaining brand consistency.

• Perform hands-on quality checks to ensure visual excellence and alignment with PERGOLUX’s brand guidelines.

• Support organizational processes, project coordination, and stakeholder communication within the marketing team.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years of experience or hands-on practice in creative production, design, or content editing.

• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.

• A strong visual sense with an understanding of storytelling, branding, and narrative development.

• A detail-oriented, structured working style with solid file management and workflow organization.

• A collaborative, adaptable mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
