As a Performance Marketing Manager at our headquarters in Immenstadt, you turn clicks into real experiences.
You manage our campaigns in a data-driven and creative way, always focused on growth – for both end customers (B2C) and partners (B2B).
You know that performance is no coincidence – it’s measurable.
You understand funnels, figures, and target audiences as well as your favorite trails.

Your new job at Outdooractive

• Ownership of all paid channels: SEA, Social, Display, Video & App
• Development and execution of performance strategies to drive new customer acquisition
• Campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, LinkedIn & Programmatic platforms
• Testing, A/B optimization and data-driven scaling
• Continuous budget control, forecasting & reporting (ROAS, CPL, CLV)
• Cross-functional collaboration with Content, CRM, Design and Product Marketing teams
• Development of internationally scalable performance setups

How you can convince us of your qualities

• Experience in performance marketing (ideally B2C and/or app-based)
• Confident in working with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4
• Strong analytical mindset and attribution skills – you interpret data, not just dashboards
• Knowledge of campaign automation, dynamic ads and tracking setups
• Structured, self-reliant and KPI-driven working style
• Excellent German and English communication skills
• Passion for outdoor sports and innovative technologies
• Nice to have: experience in app marketing, feed management or subscription marketing
