Your mission

• Carry out a maximum number of assignments for our drivers

• Daily monitoring of assignments: Validate assignments, check the situation, solve problems

• Report and propose solutions to the operations managers for all operational problems.

• Provide all relevant comments on driver recruitment to determine manpower needs (quantitative and            qualitative).

• You have a flair for technological tools

• You are an excellent relationship builder, dynamic and a little open-minded about everything

• You are able to act independently, take initiatives and have a strong ability to adapt.

• Fighting spirit, situational awareness, persuasiveness, powers of observation.
