Intern / Working Student – AI & Business Enablement (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You support the AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) in client-facing projects and internal initiatives, helping translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable business materials.
• You prepare and participate in management meetings and client presentations, ensuring that AI topics are communicated effectively to senior stakeholders.
• You assist in creating impactful presentations, reports, and masterclass content that make AI understandable for non-technical audiences.
• You collaborate closely with senior consultants on proposals, workshops, and AI education sessions, supporting the development of AI-related client work.
• You help structure and visualize AI-driven business cases, aligning them with OMMAX’s strategy-first approach and client objectives.
• You conduct research on emerging AI trends, tools, and industry use cases and maintain internal knowledge libraries and slide repositories.
• You contribute to the development of internal AI enablement initiatives, ensuring consistent knowledge sharing and capability building across teams.

What we require:

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Digital Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field – with strong academic performance.
• You have a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and digital transformation, and are eager to connect technology with business impact.
• You are skilled in PowerPoint and visual storytelling, and can translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
• You work proactively, structured, and independently in a dynamic consulting environment.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
