We’re looking for a Project & Client Operations Manager who operates at the core of the agency, running projects, working closely with clients, and turning that proximity into new business.
You’ll be deeply involved in the day-to-day, managing projects end-to-end, understanding the work at a granular level, and using that insight to spot and create opportunities. From there, you’ll actively drive both inbound and outbound efforts, build outreach that actually converts, and grow relationships into long-term partnerships.

Manage and coordinate projects across teams, timelines, and deliverables
Act as a central point of contact for client communication and coordination
Identify opportunities within existing and new client interactions
Support and help drive new business activities and outreach follow-ups
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
Plan, organize, and moderate meetings, workshops, and presentations
Track conversations, next steps, and opportunities across clients and leads
Align internal teams (creative, strategy, tech) and ensure smooth collaboration
Support the development of long-term client relationships and partnerships
Help structure and maintain pipelines, contacts, and opportunity tracking
Experience in project management, account management, business development, or similar roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
A proactive, structured, and commercially aware mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Experience in agency, digital, marketing, or consulting environments is a plus
Confidence in client interaction and presentation settings
Understanding of how projects and new business connect and influence each other
Fluent German and English
